Iñárritu

Remember the Golden era and how it was born.(article 1, Luis)

Crossing the Atlantic and working on a freighter, first at 17 and then at 19, González Iñárritu worked in Europe and Africa in two different periods of his life. He attributes to these experiences the greatest influence in his work. Alejandro calls himself a "street kid" of Mexico but says a crucial moment in his life was when at 16 and 18 he left school to take trips in cargo ships. "I stayed in Europe for one year with $1,000, working everywhere I could, doing everything. Those years shaped me a lot and taught me the value of exploring different things," he told The Onion A.V. Club in an interview. His films have been placed in the places where he traveled. An example of this, was how his trip to Morocco, which he says is the most shocking experience, inspired him in some Babel´s scenes.

After his travels, the filmmaker returned specifically to Mexico City and entered the Universidad Iberoamericana, in 1985, González Iñárritu began his career at the Mexican radio station WFM and two years later he left aside the communication career to devote himself fully to practice. Even though he was not the principal locutor, his influence in the program increased once the audience claimed his name.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1GsmWCtVOAc

In 1987, he became the director of this rock and electronic music station. Over the next five years, the filmmaker interviews world rock stars and broadcasts live rock concerts via satellite. For five consecutive years, WFM becomes the number one station in Mexico City.

The magic of the boom of the audience and popularity of the WFM 96.9 was how Iñárritu and Martin Delgado, in collaboration with “El burro” Van Rankin and Esteban Arce, mixed interest topics with humor, concerts and even jokes. Something that the Radio’s industry had never saw.

THE MEXICAN DIRECTOR WHO HAS 156 NOMINATIONS, 115 WINS
 4 OSCARS (article 2)(Tifany y Fer)

Alejandro Gonzalez Iñarritu is known as the best director, has became the first Mexican and the third filmmaker to win two consecutive Oscar prizes, in the category of best director in the last 60 years (they had achieved it before John Ford in 1940-1941 and Joseph L. Mankiewicz in 1949), because iñarritu is not only a person, but it also a motivation for all Mexicans with a dream like he.

Iñarritu a Mexican who did not conquer the Mexican land, if not , without knowledge he conquered us all. Came directly to Hollywood, we returned before he won all these awards and was called and known as "the best director", Iñárritu began to write, produce and direct short films and advertisements starting with his first short film "Amores perros " exploring the Mexican society of the capital with the perspective of three stories that intertwine, after that Iñárritu and Arriaga retake the structure of crossed stories of Amores Perros in the second film of Iñarritu, 21 grams (2003), written again by Guillermo Arriaga. 21 grams was starred by Sean Penn, Benicio del Toro and Naomi Watts, which certain actors now fight to be able to work with, here we can see how the Mexican has been able to win the hearts of many people as a reward and satisfaction the response of their productions and movies earning some of the most important perms that we show in the following table .The Mexican filmmaker, who already held four gold awards for The Revenant and Birdman, was now decorated for his artistic installation Carne y Arena, a virtual reality experience that has migration as its theme.

Iñárritu joined the select group of directors who have won the award for best director in two consecutive years. Fact that repeats after 66 years. In the delivery of the Oscar 2016 awards, he once again took the coveted statuette as the best director of this film "The revenant” we can see how, above all, He going through many things in order to be able to become what it is today, not allowing myself to give up and fighting above all to leave the name of "Mexico" on high. because he teaches us like a dream can become reality to bring you effort and dedication and with a good reward and better satisfaction to know that people like them through the prizes obtained.
